I tried setting up an appointment to exchange my living room blinds and they told me “go to home depot or lowes cuz we are too busy to schedule for one blind”!! They don't care about anyone business!
There are so many design choices available it can be intimidating, but Larry is a welcomed guide making the process easy. He is knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, but never pushy. We got blinds for two rooms and love them! The results are better than we imagined.
