Requested estimate for blinds . Woman who answered was very rude .
Interesting... I called today noting the website used the words "window experts". However the receptionist clearly stated the company does not offer vertical blinds. As I had seen it posted on the company website I asked again and referenced the website. Again the woman stated the company does not offer vertical blinds Well moving on to someone who actually does
Well this people never never ever answer their phones. We wasted our time coming to a location that shows as their location and it’s nothing there. If I have the possibility of a 0 stars rating I will have them that. How they want to sell if they don’t have the abilities to answer or call back when you leave a message? That’s why companies go out of business for poor and very bad customer service
