Some of the most pleasant people in SI. We were visiting from Florida and had a serious problem with our Cruze. Gator checked it, diagnosed it and offered us plan A and plan B. Plan A was the only choice. They fixed for a reasonable price and had us ready to get back to the warmth of Florida. Karen was just great. The tech was top notch. The service was excellent. I am glad we found them.
They have been working on my cars since 1986. Never have had a problem that couldn't be fixed. Owners are wonderful and knowledgeable.
Exceptional service at this place. I "lost" them when they moved because I don't pay attention, and it cost me money and time, I'm sure. I know where they are now!
I've only ever had good experiences here. I will not take my car anywhere else.
Great people, they are always honest with what they think needs to be done and they are fair priced and won't do any work until you approve. They also have a very fast turnaround and know their cars!
My car broke down on a Saturday, was picked up on the same day, and given back to me on Monday!! Wonderful service! Wonderful customer service! Couldn't ask for nicer people or better service!!! Thanks for everything!!
