Further to my experience...... I took the mower in for a quote as it had a knock in the mower ... three weeks later and you explained you were very busy so I came in to pick up the mower. You said you were waiting for a CLIP?? and the mower was in pieces I asked you to reassemble and I would take it elsewhere.
