Me and wife and kids did the haunted escape room Dan was our guide he was amazing highly recommended!
We did our first room here earlier in the day and the woman we had as a room keeper was amazing! It was enjoyable enough that we booked a second room for the same day at her recommendation for the new room. It looked amazing and we were so excited! Came back to a different room keeper and from the start he was half listening and seemed to be rushing. We decided to just shrug it off and enjoy the experience. These escape rooms are some of the best in Gatlinburg!! Anna was our game master for Atlantis (such a beautiful and challenging room!) and Dan guided us through the Kraken room and the Hillbilly/Moonshine room!! Both of them have an amazing talent for banter and their personalities really light up the rooms and make a great addition to the atmosphere and story Gatlin's already works so hard to get right!
Absolute trash of service. That guy names John who is handling Gelblaster should be fired because he doesnt have basic communication courtesy. My gun didnt work from 1st minute and they didnt offer anything back. Far better place at Pigeon Forge
Love this place! So much fun!
