The office did not warn my grandmother before dropping her Government Employee Health Association insurance without warning her, leaving her with a $375 bill, after she paid $1,550, $398, $367, and $400- which would be $3090 TOTAL. All of this for a crown and some x rays.
Me and my family have been going to Dr. Gatling for 30+ years. He is top notch and his staff is some of the friendliest people that I’ve ever had to deal with in the medical world. My wife is very cautious who she goes to for medical work and she really likes Dr. Gatling. The hygienist I’ve had the pleasure to know for my cleanings has done a great job.
I had a terrible experience with Aspen in North Side few years ago; they wanted to do things I did not need and overcharge insurance. Dr. Gatlin and his staff understood the situation and have been providing me and my family great service for 2 years. I will continue going there no matter what. We love the staff, they make us feel welcome and are very relatable!
