This is undoubtedly one of the worst title companies I have had the displeasure to deal with in the numerous closings I have accomplished. When closing document was presented, it failed to list items I had highlighted two weeks prior. When I attempted to contact the closing representative, all I got was voicemail, for which my request for a return call was not made.
