I have been working with Traci since... Gosh, I don't even know, maybe 10 or 11 years now? When I started seeing them, I was a wreck with emotional issues and bad relationships with myself who struggled to find my place in the world. Today I am a whole functional adult who can do things like "recognize when I am stressed and how to fix it," and "communicate my needs thoughtfully and with care." I really feel that my time here is providing me with the support I need to keep growing, like a jasmine vine on its trellis.

Sara is amazing! I did a Reiki session with her and I came out floating on air! I felt a So much better, I was calm and my back pain had subsided. It was a bit like guided meditation with dealing directly with your mind while all the shoulds in your world are swept aside. I felt like iI could access parts of my mind that were blocked off and go around some of the pain of the past and accept myself and my feelings. I would totally recommend her services.
