I was told to come in to replace my missing card – drove 30 minutes just for the RUDE, Hispanic lady at the front to tell me their systems are down (understandable), which I then proceeded to explain how I drove so far… once again, not her fault, but the least she could’ve done was given me an “I’m sorry, you can try coming back tomorrow” instead of lacking compassion and understanding and carelessly saying, “nothing we can do”. Front desk be running their mouth and never answer the phone! You go around there and they aren't doing anything but talking and on their phones just ridiculous

This is ridiculous I had my baby 3 weeks ago and still getting the run around for an appointment that I did on the phone already I shouldn't have to call once a week and nobody is on the same page then the supervisor told me 3 times she can give.
