I had a mixed experience at Getaway. The office staff were friendly and professional, which was a positive start. Unfortunately, the forklift operator, Angel, was not only unprofessional but also appeared mentally unstable, creating a very challenging and uncomfortable unloading experience. In short, while the office was great, the behavior of the forklift operator was concerning and unacceptable. I hope the company takes steps to address this issue for future deliveries.
