Always long time in a dock Update after 7 years: came 2 hr before my appt and they gave me a dock right away just to sit there looking at 7-8 forklifts just drive around not unloading with no other trucks in docks. This place is a disaster when it comes to time. 10 skids took forever to unload.
They make u wait until they do piece count on delivery
Very courteous from check in to unloaded and unloaded swiftly in and out trailer load 22 mins can’t beat that these days thanks Gateway won’t mind getting future loads to here. Pull in ck in at door #2 for dock assignment restroom by door 18 and no overnight parking available thanks to all the litter bugs to lazy to throw your trash in dumpsters
i would give zero stars if possible...reciving and shipping people pretending that are busy with hiding around to not take your load...Bunch of lazy people...you are like a ghost here ..i hope places like this will be close
0800 appt arrived at 0750 just 10 min before appt was told to go back and return at 0800 unbelievable then they kept me in there 20 minutes to give a dock at least 50% of docks were empty so they’re just lazy ok got dock 18 backed into there was told to move to dock 13 backed there then again was told to move to dock 17 finally forklift driver was more worried about the wheel chock and me staying next to the dock than doing his job that should be unload trailers literally I move 10 ft away from the dock he was crazy looking ... read more
