Didn't do a full examination. What I paid for.
Waste of time if you have a referral. They take everyone else in without reading you're file. Even though another vet sent you there. Never again will I go there... sat there for 6 hours, 1 other person there. As far as im concerned worse then out alberta health system.... dog has pancreatic distress and they could have made alot of money off of me but chose not too.
My Lab was attacked by another dog and his whole ear was damaged. He had initial surgery at the emergency vet and then I brought him here for his next. They did such a wonderful job with the ear repair back in January and it has healed so wonderfully. You can’t even tell anything happened to my sweet boy. The Dr. was very kind and explained my options throughly to see what would what I be able to do financially. Shoutout to the whole team too everyone is great!
$200 trip, Saved My boy... …. First time? Don't worry It was also mine and the boys first time. I had my boy fang since a kitten and 2 years later he's having issues closing his left eye, his ear stopped twitching and half of his face became paralyzed. It seemed serious enough so we started to look for vets around Edmonton. A lot of the reviews you see on these places look shakey and I was afraid to bring fang anywhere.
