Gateway is a rip off. We had to cancel our trip and now they don't want to refund my money. They keep giving us the run around even though the airline said I was entitled for a refund. Poor poor quality control. Oh, and all the representatives were very rude to the point that they hang up on me.
Rochelle and her staff are FABULOUS. Just returned from a custom planned trip to Holland, Scotland, and England. Every detail of our trip tailored to our interests was taken care of. Wonderful accomodations and superior private tour guides. Last year, we had a similar experience on our trip to Italy, Greece, and Germany. If you want to be treated better than you can imagine, you have to call Rochelle. Maybe we will see you during our travels. We have already started planning more trips
