Chris Adams is a God sent my pregnant wife an three baby's stopped by to get a brake caliper replaced we're refugees trying to make it back to whats left of a home in southeast Texas ..this man brought our van around an said y'all are good safe travels no charge ..this is the kind of people I want working on my vehicle honest and good hearted ...I still can't believe it .god bless you Chris my family thanks you I owe you big time brother
Went by to have a tire pressure monitor programmed and installed. Was told it would take 30 minutes overall. An HOUR later were still waiting. In this hour I see 4 people standing around and 1 vehicle in the bay with 3 empty. Needless to say I nor anyone I know WILL NEVER go there again.
Gateway Tire Rocks! My husband got a ride to work and left me his truck to get new tires today. I have three littles in car seats so not so easy to get the truck to the tire shop and then get us back home etc...No problem! Gateway came and got my truck and had it back in my driveway before noon! Thanks David!! You guys are the best! They always take good care of us.
