Every time I come here they treat me as if I am the only customer in the shop, even when I am not. Wonderful customer service.
Went there today. There was only one person in the lobby. I had a flat in the back of my jeep and asked for a flat repair. They had me sitting there for 45 minutes only to tell me the hole was too close to the side wall to fix and they had some estimates for me for new tires. I asked for my vehicle and they asked if I was upset. I said yes, that they shouldn't have needed 45 minutes to tell me that and then want to sell me new tires. That they had wasted my time. As the person that was in the Lobby when this whole situation happen, none of this is accurate except her wait time. I understand it it is hard to wait on stuff to get done. Everyone at Gateway was working and if they could have replaced it they would have. They have repaired my tires and my wife's tire a number of times at no charge. As far as the guy at counter not know that the tire wasn't on her vehicle. She made everything there including myself fell uncomfortable. So good job, Theresa Wright if that was your goal.
