Gateway tire is the best. Anthony the manager is wonderful and works with you to make sure you are satisfied. The front desk assistant,Zane, was wonderful as well. They were able to retrieve my rim (from Dickson since they forgot to put it in my car) and it was brought back. Had to replace 2 tires and the rim. The called me when all had been received to do the work. All said and done, it took 45 minutes. I can’t say enough about Gateway Tire in Gallatin, Tennessee. You guys are the BEST!!! Thank you all who worked on my car.
I went to Gateway Tire in Gallatin because my car was having intermintent issues starting and stalling. We initially thought it might be a standard repair, but it turned out the symptoms were likely related to an active recall on my vehicle. Interestingly, the symptoms I was experiencing weren’t listed in the recall description, even though the dealership later told us they were “textbook signs” of the recalled part failing. Just wanted to give a shoutout to the guys at Gateway Tire in Gallatin! Recently, I’ve dealt with unexpected car issues- replacing all 4 tires, alignment, and replacing front control arms (a $2,000+ repair)- and had to loop in my car’s warranty company. Usually a process that takes weeks, if not months from start to finish- but the guys at Gateway made it happen in a short time, handled all of the warranty junk, and did a great job communicating every step. I AM NOT ONE TO WRITE REVIEWS BUT I JUST HAD TO DO THIS ONE.... I JUST HAD A BIG PROBLEM WITH MY JEEP AND THE CREW AT GATEWAY IN GALLATIN CAM THRU WITH FLYING COLORS...!
