Thank you for meeting me at the door and asking me how you could help me. I hate going in somewhere and the employees act like they don't want my business.
I went to Gateway Hacks Cross after recommendation from neighbor. I went in for a flat repair and was advised it would be an hour wait. I was in and out in 30 minutes and they graciously repaired my tire for FREE. Stan printed a coupon off of the website and told me to let him know when I need new tires. Thanks so much for the fast and kind service. Needless to say you have won me over as a customer.
This is not a place you want to take your vehicle to. I had brake service done in October 2010, and I have taken my truck back THREE times in seven months for them to "fix" my brakes. I only drive about 25 miles each day not a fast driver where I use my brakes constantly so they should not be wearing that bad/fast. I will not recommend them to anyone for brake service. My time is very precious I don't have time to be taking my truck back everytime I turn around. DO NOT use for brake service.
