Spent almost $1500 to fix my air conditioner,took my car back 3 times they put wrong parts on didn’t fix the problem so instead of going to them a 4th time I went somewhere else and all is good Gateway is a rip off very unprofessional!!!!

I brought a car to have the sway bar bushings replaced and an alignment performed. After informing me they damaged the suspension during alignment and would need to keep my car for two more days to repair the damage they caused they then billed me over $700 for the repair work...for damage caused by them. I, the customer, had to eat the cost of the damage caused by their mechanic. To top it all off my steering now has a shimmy at 70mph. I had been going to Gateway for several years, however, I have lost my confidence in them after the last two times going there. I took my Forester there due to an issue with an aftermarket remote start issue. They fixed the initial issue but then my windows would not roll down. I took it back and they worked on my vehicle again for about an hour and then gave it back to me but the steering column cover was not aligned properly. We had a large group visiting Memphis from Minnesota and had a flat tire, because of a giant hole that needed a plug and internal patching, we were referred to Gateway Tire. The moment we walked in I knew it was going to be a great experience. The facility was extremely clean with a nice waiting area, even the bathrooms rocked. This was my first visit to Gateway Tire, and I'm a fan already! The Manager Joel was exceptional. Very personable, honest, and attentive. I was impressed with the timeliness of the service, and comfortable waiting area. Will definitely come here for any tires, oil changes and brakes work in the future.

I discovered a large screw in my tire late yesterday. Took it to gateway olive branch(goodman rd/pleasant hill) today. Kenny(asst gen mgr) told me it would be 2-3 hrs before he could even take my car back. Me not wanting to wait and not having a ride asked if he would look at it and tell me the severity of it. He went above and beyond checking for leakage as well as checking the air pressure in each tire! I highly recommend this location just from this quick experience I had. Thank you Kenny for your help!!!

Highly Recommended: Moving to a new place and finding trustworthy car care is like finding a new doctor. It's hard to find folks good at their job with trustworthy intentions. Gateway has come through three times for me at least once at each location. Their staff is professional and pleasant. There team is fast and concise. If I could take their services with me for the rest of my life I would.

They are always so nice and extremely helpful, no matter the problem or need. The prices are very competitive. High quality work for a good price. Highly recommended!!
