My wife and I went by this location for a simple rotation and balance. It was a Saturday and we arrived shortly before 11:15 am. The store closes at 12:30 so we had plenty of time for the service. We asked the gentleman up front about getting the service we were told it would be Monday before they would be able to get it done. This is the second time at two different locations where we have had issues getting a balance and rotation that we have paid for on both of our vehicles. Omg. I been going everywhere to get my car wheels fixed. They told me it was shocks and struts everything under the sun. I finally went to Gateway on 51 in South Haven, Mississippi, and they immediately recognize that I need a ball joint on the right side of my car. The Gateway on 51 is amazing. I feel very confident when driving thank you guys for everything.
