DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Thursday 4/21, 9:45 AM they had My truck for an oil change, and brake pad repair. It is now the next day, 4/22 11/29AM. The only service that was completed over 24 hours ago was the oil change. Everytime I called I got the same lie/excuse from multiple employees. Mark’s best response of why they hadn’t gotten to my vehicle after having it overnight was, the mechanic has a trouble car. Since yesterday??? Yesterday morning?? I went to get air pressure in my tires on Wed Jan 8th 2025 , I had just had service done within several days and tire pressure should have been checked, nothing on Sales receipt indicated it was done, called front desk to get assistance, I sit in front of the bays for about 10 minutes while mechanics were playing on their phones ,called front desk again & was reprimanded & accused of sitti ng in middle of parking lot, one of the sorry mechanics rustled up enough energy to check my tires, without acknowledging me @ all, very ... read more
