They took me right away for 2 new front tires and an alignment. They are doing a tire rotation, during which I asked if they could swap the rear tires from driver side to passenger side keeping them on the rear. They took the 1 tire they already rotated up to the front and removed it and placed it back on the rear opposite side. Very kind and pleasant service to that point in the job. Stopped by with a car with a.c. problems, told it would be a 39.00 service. Went to pick-up car and was told it needed more work than the 39.00 service. They did not charge me for the work they did since it would not fix problem. I am gratefull for the work they did and an analysis to repair said problem.

I've done business with Gateway/McMinnville for 10-12 years. I've found them to always be truthful and helpful in all our dealings. I've bought several sets of tires, had brake jobs and other repairs done as well as oil changes in both vehicles. I find no faults in Gateway/McMinnville.
