We had a large group visiting Memphis from Minnesota and had a flat tire, because of a giant hole that needed a plug and internal patching, we were referred to Gateway Tire. The moment we walked in I knew it was going to be a great experience. The facility was extremely clean with a nice waiting area, even the bathrooms rocked. Summary: Over 3 hours for an oil change ($42) and was told there code machine wouldn't read my car so there was nothing they could do. ---------------------------------------------------------------------Long Version: Was having some stuttering and transmission issues with car so brought it in at 7:30 for an oil change and diagnostic. Business just opened a month ago and it shows. I went in to get my Tires Mounted and Balanced on Trailer Wheels. Staff is very inexperienced. They did not know that most Trailer Wheels are Lug Centric (centered and balanced via lugs). They had a special balancer for this, but staff seemed unsure of how to use, could not find a common size adapter for the machine and just shrugged there shoulders and said "Oh Well, guess we can't do it."
