3 hours to rotate tires, change oil and front end alignment. Seriously? We're not very busy to boot. 1st and last visit for me.
Disappointed with this visit. Previous visits were all OK. Called and ordered 4 tires + alignment. Best 'out the door' price of the 6 locations (4 in jackson) that I checked. I was advised to arrive at 7:30 (when they open) since they're policy is "First come/first served" (I already knew that) --> I was told it would take 1.5"~2 hours. Fine. I'll wait! Easy decision. Actual experience? --> 4.5 hours. Not my previous experience so I hope this was a 'one off'!
Never been a fan of any chain businesses, but they take great care of us here.
Needed a tire called at 4:48pm and was 22 minutes out the got me in and changed my tire and got me back on the road quickly
Leo is so nice!. I have talked to him several times over the phone and he's always been so pleasant and helpful. Brad, the mechanic talks fast. Can't always understand everything he says , but a very nice and helpful man.
