Came in only because I was traveling and had to get my tire patched on my white juke. Took over an hour to get it done and while waiting after the process was started guy walked away from my car to do something else. This was not my normal stop for tire issues but it was close for me in time of need. 1st time and last if I can help it. This is a joke and someone needs to train staff better. Thank you, Gateway Lexington, Tennessee for treating me so well and putting tires on my car really quickly not a long way at all and everybody was so kind. Walmart is cheaper but the service is not up to par.
Great service! Fast in, fast out with my new tires.
3 hours to rotate tires, change oil and front end alignment. Seriously? We're not very busy to boot. 1st and last visit for me.
