I brought in my car to have a broken tail lamp fixed. I made a point to tell them that I wanted a quote before they ordered parts or fixed anything. The original quote was $30 - $40 with a pickup up time on Wednesday. When I called on Wednesday to make sure it was ready they told me the part wasn't in and to call back Thursday. I called back Thursday and they told me my car was now ready. When I arrived they said it would be another 15 minutes before it was done. My bill totaled $319.77. My dad was getting out of hospital, so I went to get the car and I had a flat on it, I put the spare donut on but was scared to drive over the 100 miles home, so I called Gateway on Lakeland drive right at quitting time , they said to bring it on, those guys stayed after closing just to fix my tire, and didn't charge me a penny !! I hope I get to return the favor some day , Great service, will be back, and I wish I could give them a 100 stars !! God Bless you guys ..
