Arnold's service is very good, and so are his employees, with the exception of one of them who seems to be in a bad mood and is very rude. I felt harassed by his comments, which he made thinking we didn't understand Spanish. If he behaves the same way on my next visit, I will have to speak with Arnold. I hope you read this, Arnold.
