The guys up front are mean, disrespectful and unprofessional . Went with my mom so she can get some work done on her vehicle. All you hear is how ugly and nasty the guys up front are to their tire techs and mechanics. No wonder all the techs and mechanics look so miserable here. Not only is it extremely hot and these fellas are having to work in the blistering heat but they have the guys that work in the air conditioning treating them like dogs. Great location with a hard working team, Jay always gets me set up right
Waited over an hour after they took my info for the mechanic to check it.I had recently had 4 wheel alignment done and had to bring the truck back because of shaking issues when slowing down.No one notified me of what was happening during the wait so I asked for my key back and I left. Unacceptable service..
