I arrived around 6 pm the day before my 7 am delivery appointment, I parked on the side of the driveway to the back just outside of the gate. No one bothered me all night and there's plenty of food options within walking distance including the Outlet Mall. I walked down to the office at Dock 12 and checked in around 6:20 and was assigned a dock. They started unloading about 7:15 and were finished by 8:30, extremely fast for a load of tires. I did not receive services with this place, however their kindness and actions needs to be noted. I was hopelessly lost despite trying to follow my phone's map guide. A worker stopped his duties to see if he could help me. When he realized that he couldn't, he took me to his supervisor who did. They were patient as my tears flowed as not only had this trip had been stressful the entire previous few days had taxed my 64 year old mind and body to its limits or so I thought.
