I arrived around 6 pm the day before my 7 am delivery appointment, I parked on the side of the driveway to the back just outside of the gate. No one bothered me all night and there's plenty of food options within walking distance including the Outlet Mall. I walked down to the office at Dock 12 and checked in around 6:20 and was assigned a dock. They started unloading about 7:15 and were finished by 8:30, extremely fast for a load of tires.
