Terrible customer service. They are absolutely horrible at doing what they say they are going to do. I ordered a part 5 weeks ago, their guy didn't place my order until 2 weeks later. I've called them 4 times over the past 3 weeks trying to find out when the part is coming in, each time they tell me they will check on my order and give me a call with an update. I am still waiting on a call with an update. I would recommend going elsewhere unless you need basic, in stock parts. Now I have to go somewhere else to order my part... read more
