My general contractor likes Gateway because they have a nice show room. However, having done a full kitchen remodel and two bathroom remodels in the last 12 months, we will never use Gateway again. Their ability to fulfill orders on time is non existent. I could find the same items, order it from the manufacturer online and have it shipped directly to my house for the same price or less as Gateway. Somehow Gateway couldn’t order anything on time. Make sure to schedule an appointment before visiting their showroom. Upon arrival, you’re immediately greeted by a woman at the front desk who explains that having an appointment is more convenient, as she would otherwise need to find someone available to assist you.
I went to gateway today to find a replacement part for a Toto toilet. The service Dept helped me and did not have the part I needed but the gentleman looked up the part number, wrote it down and told me where to go to get it. Even though they couldn’t get the part I needed he went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend this company.
