5 Stars for Steve Dengler, Sales Associate at Gateway Subaru. In 50 yrs of buying cars this was the best experience I've ever had. Five minutes on my initial call with Steve was all I needed to meet him in person to explain all the intricacies associated with buying the Solterra EV. There weren't any on the lot at the time and Steve let me drive his own Solterra where he was able to explain in detail anything we asked about and things we didn't know about. They made the whole buying experience easier than I expected. I bought the right car for me and am enjoying it. Salesman was great, very helpful.
Fast, friendly, the experience isn't like that of a regular dealership. They were upfront with everything as far as pricing and ensuring I got the vehicle I wanted.
Great buying experience. However, Service Department friendliness, communication and customer focus is lacking. On a side note, I would NEVER recommend the Zurich treatment program, I purchased it and had to return to get a second application within the first 6 months. Save your money on this one.
I have always had a excellent experience with Gateway service.
