Kris Parker and his front staff in the service area were fantastic. They answered all the questions. I appreciate the explanation and time devoted to help me understand what was going on. I'll continue to utilize them. I have two Subarus currently and will certainly have some in the future.

My recent service experience was as enjoyable as my purchase, very happy new Subaru owner in Delaware.
Service was slow service adviser was not serious or seem to care about my needs no reponse from service manager no service report after service and did not get emailed as promised .No follow up on windshield sealant leak as promised
