Gateway Subaru is an exceptional dealership when it comes to putting the customer first. The waiting areas are clean and roomy. They provide drinks and snacks free. They keep you posted on the timeline for your car. Once the car is done, they explain what was done on it and anything you need to keep on top of. Even though there is a dealership closer to where I live, I drive over an hour to go to Gateway. When it is time to trade my car in I will keep going to Gateway.
We just got a used car from here and would totally recommend it. Steve Dengler was an awesome, happy salesman. He made the process seamless. This was such a quick and easy buying experience.
