Rented a lot here for 3-4 months, never once had any issues. Gave me a break for paying 3 months in advance when I first rented the spot. Maybe somewhat hard to pay in cash if that is your only option, however most people just use the card 😬 They have outdoor parking and indoor, the place is fully fenced and keypad entry. I stored my boat at Gateway over the winter and it was a wonderful experience. They had great communication, the facility was clean, safe and secure. The fact that they offered power so I could run a dehumidifier under my boat cover was amazing. Highly recommend!
