My friend couldn't install my CV drive axel due to surgery and I needed my car for work. My friend Sarah recommended Jason at Gateway. He took my appointment and said it would be an all day job but he installed my axel in just a few hours. I was surprised! These people were very friendly and have great customer skills, too. We just bought our third used vehicle from Corwin a couple months ago and have always had great service. Our newest used vehicle is a Yukon and I’d noticed that the air lift (or whatever it is) was really loud, but I just assumed it was normal. After about two months, I decided I’d better have it checked out. Sure enough the air compressor was going out. We also had an issue with the rear defrost not working. Jason is a great mechanic.
My car broke down on Sunday and had to be towed to this center. They weren't able to work on it until Monday/Tuesday. But the gentleman who worked on my car was very nice and did his best to explain things in a way that would make sense to someone who isn't as machine savvy.
My vehicle was completed quickly and correctly. Yay!
