when the new company took over ,they tried to say i owed 80 dollars on my deposit i showed them 3 times i didnt ,my deposit was 562 i paid that also,now for the 4th time i have to show them i dont owe the 3 dollars for the deposit ,this company tries to get money you dont owe ,they also make you sign a second lease without telling what your rent is going to be,if you dont sign it they will tell you to move,this is unlawful and unjust,the manager is very good lady, she has to go by the company rules.
