I have been living in this residential complex for about four months. The heating system is constantly malfunctioning; it frequently overheats, reaching extreme temperatures. We reported the issue to management, and they assured us they would fix it; however, they came and went, only for the system to break down once again. If I could leave 0 stars I would. The staff is very unprofessional, inconsiderate and completely unnecessarily wasted my time. The person I was in contact with is Lisa she emailed me several times even a hour prior to my tour. We were discussing this tour and confirming it no one shows up she told me that someone by the name of Hannah will be there to provide a tour. I waited 40 minutes throughout this time, I was continuing to be in contact with Lisa. I’m positive that this was probably a set up or a scam. I would not advis... read more
