If I could leave 0 stars I would. The staff is very unprofessional, inconsiderate and completely unnecessarily wasted my time. The person I was in contact with is Lisa she emailed me several times even a hour prior to my tour. We were discussing this tour and confirming it no one shows up she told me that someone by the name of Hannah will be there to provide a tour.
