Be prepared to bring in LOTS of paperwork, which you must print out (for instance, every page of 6 months of bank statements, plus much, much more). The manager did not know answers to basic questions anyone working for EAH should know. She told me my application would take a week, and I should start packing because I was going to be approved. I moved in July 2021. The area around and on the property is well maintained very clean. My apartment is clean and maintenance is very quick at repairs.The resident Manager Lucy is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile. The residents are so friendly.

I did a ton of paperwork to complete everything and the manager says I need one more piece of paperwork today from Social security which took a couple of hours and then I'd be qualified. I drive clear across town to wrap everything up and the manager says that they just changed the rules and I don't quite fit the requirements. She knew this a couple weeks prior and still had me do the extra paperwork and drive across town.Two weeks prior I asked about a certain rule and she obviously didn't like like the question and got ups... read more
