I moved in July 2021. The area around and on the property is well maintained very clean. My apartment is clean and maintenance is very quick at repairs.The resident Manager Lucy is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile. The residents are so friendly.
I did a ton of paperwork to complete everything and the manager says I need one more piece of paperwork today from Social security which took a couple of hours and then I'd be qualified. I drive clear across town to wrap everything up and the manager says that they just changed the rules and I don't quite fit the requirements.
