My elderly mother had a pipe break three days Christmas, that did extensive flood damage to her home. I had my first experience with water damage this week and after talking with Deanna at Gateway my mind was immediately at ease. She explained the entire process to me and had a contractor at my house within 1 hour, working on getting things sorted out. Mathew arrived at my house promptly and was extremely professional the entire time he was in my home. Gateway Restoration was our saving grace when we experienced a difficult homeowner loss. Deanna worked with us to get her team to our property as quickly as possible. From set up, to removal of equipment, and all the mess in between, the workers were kind, personable, and respectful. We truly feel restored.
