I had my first experience with water damage this week and after talking with Deanna at Gateway my mind was immediately at ease. She explained the entire process to me and had a contractor at my house within 1 hour, working on getting things sorted out. Gateway Restoration was our saving grace when we experienced a difficult homeowner loss. Deanna worked with us to get her team to our property as quickly as possible. From set up, to removal of equipment, and all the mess in between, the workers were kind, personable, and respectful. We truly feel restored.

The entire staff and crew at Gateway Restoration were incredible to work with. It is never an easy thing to have damage to your home, but they made it as easy and painless as possible to get through. We could not be happier with the work that was done, our home turned out beautiful. We would recommend Gateway to anyone that finds themselves needing any type of restoration work.
