As a patient at Gateway, I received a lot of hope. BUT, the negligence I received and noticed in other patients cannot be redeemed. There were far too many episodes of stealing and the like. I even had my mother on a visitors list for over a week. Then come to find out “she isn’t on our list, she’s not welcome. Cmon guys — step your game up and DO BETTER!!!!
Clients were great to work with. A lot of the staff there didn't have standards and never held themselves accountable. Being in the military and working in n multiple jobs I have to say this place had the worst leadership I ever seen. The manager would hide in the office and would send messages through emails and memos even though they were in the building. Some of the staff were more deviant than the clients.
