If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They told my mom they were bringing her to Fairview in Minneapolis then had a car full of people drop her off in East Grand Forks. They refused to give her a ride back with them & they left her there. In her paperwork it even said Fairview. Keep in mind she’s disabled. The whole situation screams lawsuit. And the staff members are rude and ghetto.

I was just discharged today after spending 5 days and 4 nights in there care and would highly recommend gatewayto anyone trying to seek help with coming off of any drugs or alcohol the nursing staff was hsnds down truly amazing all the employees went above and beyond with doing everything they could to help keep us all comfortable as possible while we were going threw it the nurses truly care and made sure everyone got plenty of good comfort meds and in my case they were able to hook me with subutext which was a game changer... read more
