The Worst, don’t go here!! Very unprofessional.
I went to have several x-rays and bone scans done. I HAD several more imaging scans that needed to be done in the future. While at the front desk, one employee aimed the temperature gun at my head. I have "issues" with the thing pointed at my head. I politely declined, asking that my wrist be scanned instead. Immediately they got upset, arguing that that wasn't a good way to do it, even though ALL my other doctors do it that way. Gateway Radiology said it was their policy to ask for private SoCal security numbers or refuse service. They wanted me to give them all my information including my SS number or pay cash and not bill my insurance or they wouldn’t do my test. Even though my insurance company said they are a proffered provider. I will have to find a place that will bill my insurance with out asking Social Security Number and privatize information.
