During one of those isolated spring storms with winds measuring up to 70mph, my neighbor's rather large tree was blown over, bringing with it several smaller trees. I have had the unfortunate reality of two major fires in twelve years. Your Insurance Company is a for profit business and the adjusters job is to mitigate the claim. Your agent may be your "friend" but they have no control or influence over your claim.
