They did a great job. Straight forward. They bought it quickly at the price that we agreed on and closed when the other company didn't. I would recommend them if you need to sell fast.
Gateway Property Buyers did an amazing job. They listened to what I needed and wanted. Things didn't start slow and the process was smooth and easy. I would definitely work with them again. I will be reference my friends and family to them.
Decietful company. Worked with Paul L from Gateway who was out of Memphis TN. We agreed to $170 K for the house and signed a contract. Was told the proccess would take 3 weeks at the most but after 2 months of no action and several phone calls and emails he came back and said we needed to drop the price to $150 K. In the end after they nickled and dimed us for every little thing we ended up with $148 K. and found out he sold our contract to another Buyer. Not a company you can trust.
I was really stuck and confused on what to do and they provided options on what to do, how to do it and assisted me with pulling it off. It was a fast and smooth process and I’m glad they contacted me.
