Make sure Bob has all his i's dotted and t's crossed. Several times they were slow to get paperwork processed or not at all. My policies were cancelled twice by NorthStar because I assumed they would get it all taken care. When I went to cancel my policy and switch to Wells Fargo Financial, they could really care less to help me or move to fast. Not to mention they operate by snail mail rather than e-mail or at the very least fax.
