Thank you for taking walk ins on Sunday. Entire staff was efficient and friendly. Dr Banezai was most helpful in diagnosing my issues

Established as a new patient with Dr. Perry and I am very happy with my overall experience! Dr. Perry seemed so genuine and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. Unpredictable events occurred prior to my appointment, causing me to be close to 20 minutes late, and they still fit me in - I know that is probably not usual protocol, so I was relieved with the flexibility! Very happy with my choice in practice and will definitely spread the word to family & friends!
They were nice when I first went in for a walk in visit. I get a message to call that specific office to follow up in 2 weeks. So I call, I’m told I’m not an established patient and those appointments take months to schedule. I was put on a new medication, so it’s important I follow up as directed. When I was confused, person on the phone was pretty rude and kept saying “as I stated you’re welcome to go elsewhere” I wanted to be a patient at that location. the absolute most unprofessional hostile work environment anyone could try to attend. the pathetic excuse of a doctor Dr. Peri walked in on appointment, freaking out exclaiming that she knew anything about the ADA law. will never recommend this place to the deaf community.
