I’m not one to usually post reviews; however, I don’t want anyone else to have to go through what I have. I definitely would NOT recommend this company. When they first started cleaning my pool it was great, then it started to decline. I would have to call to see why they didn’t show up or if they did, why they didn’t leave a pool ticket. This is a horrible horrible company! Drafted two payments each month and wont refund after accepting responsibility! Excuse after excuse after excuse. Don't use this company.
This company was hired to maintain my pool weekly. At first, the person they had showing up would literally spend 3 or 4 minutes at the pool but on the invoice listed a bunch of things they did not do to the pool. I brought this up to the company and they said they would take care of it. They then stopped showing up to service my pool but kept taking money from my bank account for 3 months.
