While on holiday we needed urgent medical care for our child. Not only did they fit us in on the spot but the staff were helpful and in particular both of the reception staff were incredibly compassionate.
Very happy with Dr Alex Sossin. Clear and direct medical support with any of the medical needs my family has had. He tells it like it is with no fluff. The reception staff are also great to deal with.
I've seen two doctors at this clinic and unfortunately, both came across as dismissive, visibly irritated, and condescending - creating hostility and discomfort. Overall, the experiences felt impersonal and unnecessarily unpleasant.
