Unfortunately the reception staff could use a lesson in manners, they were incredibly rude. I explained I had no cold and flu system my voice was just scratchy as I’d been singing on the weekend. Very disappointing customer service from reception I called Gateway Plaza yesterday regarding my daughter’s X-ray report. The receptionist was extremely rude and showed very little customer service or willingness to assist. She insisted that the report would not be available for at least three days. I had a very bad experience with Dr sossin. Very dismissive and has actually missed a huge part of my health requirements which I said my surgeon needs. He went against what my surgeon needs and said I don’t need what I needed. He should NOT be a Dr. I felt super unheard and dismissed plus really unsafe. Do not jeopardise my health because you don’t like your job. I do not recommend this Dr at all to anyone, you will not get the help you need trust me.

I have high praise for this medical practice from the front desk staff to our doctor. Dr. NNopu. Any medical issues are listened to and addressed explaining in term’s patients can comprehend, or referring to Specialist. Thank you
