Leopold Gateway dental and implant specialist. I thank you for the great job that you DR Santhi performed for me on Friday . The practice is always friendly with Julie on the front desk and Nat , Dr Santhi ‘s assist . After a 3 hr surgery to have a filling and my back molar tooth capped I’m now feeling much better. I'm pretty disgusted with Julie's service it's just appauling me and my wife were told in regards with the treatment I had to pay weekly which we all agreed on. We were getting left voicemail messages from Julie saying that she requires the agreed payment which was supposed to be paid yesterday.Even so my wife paid double the amount today and still got told that they will continue calling for payments regardless the agreement. Very good experience. I was extremely nervous but was put at ease with very caring treatment by all staff.
Crown, completed in one visit. Walking out very happy. Naz and staff are great.
