I just recently made a switch for just one of my daughter’s prescriptions because the pharmacy across the street kept giving us a hard time and were never able to fill her much needed script. Right away, I knew we made a good choice when the kind lady filling it, helped, without being asked, fix an insurance issue. Then, when picking up, the pharmacist was so kind and apologized for the wait, which I didn’t even feel like I had waited long at all, definitely nothing compared to the 15+ minimum minute wait across the street. ... read more
Great service and friendly helpful staff. Pharmacist took the time to call my Doctor directly to correct amassing prescription.
I am always pleased with Gateway Pharmacy. Staff is pleasant and prescriptions are filled promptly. They notify you they are ready.
They are the best. They are so good at communicating with me and making sure I understand everything. They are also very good at trying to get me the lowest price when I do have to pay sometimes..
Better staff better customer service than Walgreens.
