I was a bit dubious about buying a car from Gateway Motors after a family member had a bad experience with them. But from the time my wife and I walked onto the dealership we were welcomed by both Jacom (sales) and Adam (Sales Manager), they both made purchasing a new Peugeot 3008 a pleasure. We have been Peugeot drivers since 2014 and have loved their style and comfort. After taking the 3008 hybrid for a test drive we were hooked. It is great to have a Peugeot Dealership in the local Wollongong area.

First visit for standard service I was greeted nicely etc etc and got lift into Wollongong CBD. Despite arranging, I was forgotten to be collected later at agreed spot and time. So not ideal first experience. This time left I’ve multiple calls about some service advice incl a price for supply and fit of a split turbo hose. The returning of my 4 or 5 recent calls is a problem. Not sure they are genuinely interested in looking after my car post-warranty. Time will tell. Just had my car serviced at gateway. Firstly the staff were amazing, from my initial greeting to picking up my car in the afternoon , secondly the service time was quick and hassle free. Definitely recommend the service centre at gateway. Thanks guys
