First visit for standard service I was greeted nicely etc etc and got lift into Wollongong CBD. Despite arranging, I was forgotten to be collected later at agreed spot and time. So not ideal first experience. This time left I’ve multiple calls about some service advice incl a price for supply and fit of a split turbo hose. The returning of my 4 or 5 recent calls is a problem. Not sure they are genuinely interested in looking after my car post-warranty. Time will tell. Quoted $878.92 for a servicing - Alternate Peugeot servicing centre quoted me $501 for the same thing 🤯
Just had my car serviced at gateway. Firstly the staff were amazing, from my initial greeting to picking up my car in the afternoon , secondly the service time was quick and hassle free. Definitely recommend the service centre at gateway. Thanks guys
