I rarely write reviews but I have to do so this time. I was having a heat pump installed but the installers were swarmed by small biting bugs in the basement and (properly, in my view) retreated. I called Gateway that afternoon and they came the very next day, assessed the situation, left to get the right equipment and then returned to treat the problem.
