Disappointing service. I've tried calling 5 separate times today and yesterday and cant get through to them, the worst part is that their mailbox is full so I cant even leave a voicemail to get a call back. The times I've been in the office, there are multiple Medical Assistants to be answering calls and very few patients. I got sick about two weeks ago and was told they don't do phone appointments for medication and that I needed to go to urgent care. Its sad to see the lack of care they have for their patients. They never answer calls. I been waiting to receive a call from them and its like I never called them. I need an urgent appointment, now I will have to change clinic. DONT COME HERE. The worst customer service.
If you need medical assistance don't go here, they will leave you in limbo especially when you need a referral to a specialist. Communication is terrible, doctor's just don't seem to listen or care.
Hi everyone, so I just want to let everybody know unfortunately I guess this clinic doesn’t except patients that haven’t got vaccinated I called to make an appointment telling them my severe symptoms of chest pain and they refused to see me because I don’t have the vaccine. So what are you trying to tell everybody is that shows Unprofessionalism and ethically a medical center should provide care for anybody In need.
