Gateway comprehensive does not understand how an appointment works. I had an appointment at 9 and they never called me in. After an hour of waiting, the receptionist told me "Oh yeah, the doctor likes to work at his own pace, he can probably get you in at 12". Please tell me why I was expected to be there at 9??
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! All the reviews are true, they schedule appointments but once you show up they claim you never had one. Do not waste your time, ask your insurance for other providers.
Horrendous customer care. They never answer their phone. You are in internal phone tree hell. Every once I awhile, you get through but almost always to their machine. The message says to leave a message and they will call you but they NEVER call you back. And if a miracle occurs they almost always hang up on you.
This place is the worst, first time I called to book an appointment the girl told me the date she booked me for. I walked in on that day and told me no appointment was ever made, I finally made an appointment. The day of my appointment I walked in I stood in front of the receptionist and she didn’t even acknowledge me for at-least 4 mins until she said can I help you.
