They're more concerned with politics as opposed to helping my child. Because of their political views and lack of catering to my child, he was taken out of their program. The staff is great with the exception of the supervisors who are either out of touch or just don't care. They'll tell you one thing but clearly will show different. Gateway was an absolute disaster for my son. The services he received were okay but they did not treat their staff well and there was high turnaround because of this. They wanted to continue to change my son’s technicians because he was easier to work with than some of the other kids so they pulled his more experienced technicians to put them with more difficult cases and gave my son the new people. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of focus on client autonomy, which is essential in ABA practices.
