I’ve had occasion to visit the Lab twice now for blood draw. I have extremely small, hard-to-find veins, so I always request a butterfly needle. However, even with the butterfly, it is oftentimes difficult for the phlebotomist to draw blood -- having to stick me several (painful) times. However, on both occasions at the Gateway Lab, I had a most excellent phlebotomist who was able to locate a vein and draw blood the FIRST time, with no pain! I highly recommend these folks.
