Fast and fairly priced
Overall was a good experience. Price may seem higher than anticipated for some, but markups are expected in any business. No long wait between quote acceptance and work start. The scheduler was friendly and worked out a good start date. Dennis the installer did a great job at the side mount install of a new lift master. Was very friendly and the install looks very clean! Would definitely recommend.
Called to see how much a replacement spring cost. The lady by the name Amy in the office was very rude and acted like she did not wannt to help. Would inky say 250 and 500 everytime I asked a question.
Just so people are aware when buying something in the office. Went and purchased a replacement door remote, it was $66. Thought that was a little high… I found the same opener on Amazon for $35, $30 markup must be nice!
