On the cover of the box they show a quality orthotic, what you get is a piece of foam. I have had orthotics many times by different manufactures . Some are just half some are full length. All of them have a cover on the top of the orthotic to protect the foam. The heel of the orthotic is square so that it fits in the shoe correctly, these are rounded so it will wobble in the shoe. I have put them in and if I find that they are good I will correct my view.
